MISSION STATEMENT:
Purpose:
To establish an independent organization that will without prejudice or bias operate a male Midget "AAA" Hockey team under the jurisdiction of the Saskatoon Minor Hockey Association and as outlined by the Saskatchewan Hockey Association.
Objectives:
  1. To provide a hockey program of equal opportunity that will encourage and promote the development of players eligible to play hockey within the rules of the CHA, SHA, SMHA and the SMAAAHL.
  2. To effectively control, and administer with a high degree of integrity the playing of the game in a competitive yet friendly environment through the appointment and development of qualified Coaches, trainers and support staff.
  3. To establish a diverse program that will offer players the opportunity to develop their life skills both inside and outside the game.
  4. To encourage and foster the value of the players development of his educational, social and personal skills through team work, and community involvement.
  5. To ensure and preserve the etiquette of game through the team's players, Coaches and Management.
  6. To recognize and protect the rights of each player as an athlete but more so as a person with specific skills and objectives.
  7. To ensure that the organization embraces and provides the player with every opportunity to be a part of the Saskatchewan Hockey Developmental Model.
  8. To lead by example in the promotion of good sportsmanship, fair play and respect of all aspects of the game including competitors, officials and the fans!
  9. To work cooperatively with the SMHA on being transparent and forthcoming with information pertaining to all aspects of the game…from player recruitment, to financial disclosure.
  10. To know, understand and promote the fact that Hockey is more then just a game!
